Reservations

Check-in is 3:00 PM. If you want to check in earlier, please call ahead. We’ll try to get you in sooner if we can.

Check-out is 11:00AM. Late check-out is offered until 1:00 PM, subject to availability, for a fee of 25% of your nightly rate. Ask the front desk the morning of departure.

We accept all major credit cards. A valid credit card in the reservation holder's name is required at check-in. Our property is cashless.

On our standard rate, 75% of your total reservation cost is charged to your card at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged on your date of arrival. Taxes and fees are charged separately.

If you cancel more than 28 days before arrival, you’re charged 10% of the total reservation.
If you cancel 14-28 days before arrival, you’re charged 80% of the total reservation.
If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, you’re charged 100% of the total reservation.
No-shows are treated the same as a cancellation within 14 days.
Fully-refundable and non-refundable rates are also available at booking, each with its own terms — the exact policy for your reservation is always stated on your confirmation.

At check in, you’ll need to present a government-issued ID and a credit card. The name on your identification and card must match the name under which the room was reserved.

Property & Amenities

On-site parking, including ADA accessible parking, is offered as a courtesy to registered guests and is used at your own risk. The hotel isn't responsible for damage to or theft from vehicles parked on or near the property.
Additional parking can be found on the surrounding downtown streets.

We're unable to accommodate pets. Service animals are always welcome, per the ADA.

Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian staying in the same room for the full length of the reservation.

Our quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. We reserve the right to remove, without refund, any guest whose conduct disrupts other guests, damages the property, or violates the law.

If you lost something, please call us at (251) 605-0698 and we will notify you if your item is found. The hotel isn't liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

The Fairhope Hotel does not have an elevator. The Écor Rouge, Boardwalk, Jubilee, and Bay Queen rooms are on the second floor and reached by stairs only.

Colony, on the ground floor, is our ADA-accessible room, with a bathroom featuring grab rails, a raised toilet, and a lowered sink.

We do not offer dining options at this time, but we encourage you to explore all the great restaurants Fairhope has to offer.

Yes, all of our rooms have free, high-speed WiFi.

Yes, each room comes with a safe. The hotel is not responsible for any items left in the safe.

We do not allow or have facilities for parties or events.

The hotel is located at 131 Fairhope Ave, Fairhope, AL 36532. We are right in the middle of downtown, walking distance to all the main attractions you’ll want to visit for your stay in Fairhope.
Fairhope Avenue is lined with the shops, galleries, and cafés.
The pier is a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
The Saturday Farmers Market is one block away at Pier Park.
The Bluff is a 5-min walk from the hotel.

We are about an hour’s drive from Gulf Shores, Alabama.
